We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.

2. Medical Disclaimer

AEDLand is a distributor of medical equipment, not a medical provider. * The information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or training.

  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper training and authorization to use any Automated External Defibrillator (AED) or accessory purchased from our store.

  • AEDLand is not liable for any injuries, deaths, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the products sold.

3. Accuracy of Pricing and Information

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Product Availability & Manufacturer Lead Times

“While we strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website, AEDLand is not responsible for manufacturer backorders, production delays, or supply chain outages. Many of our products are sourced directly from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). In the event that a product you ordered is subject to a manufacturer backorder, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated lead time. AEDLand is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delays in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control.”

4. Shipping and Returns

All purchases are subject to our Shipping & Return Policy. As a reminder, AEDLand does not accept returns on medical equipment (pads, batteries, etc.) where the original manufacturer’s packaging or factory seal has been opened. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall AEDLand, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa.
