Return & Exchange Policy 

At AEDLand, we take the safety of our customers and the integrity of our lifesaving equipment seriously. Because we supply medical devices that must meet strict manufacturer and FDA standards, we maintain a specific return policy to ensure every product we ship is 100% reliable.

1. Unopened & Sealed Items

We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unopened manufacturer packaging with all factory seals intact.

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them.

2. Opened Medical Equipment (Non-Returnable)

Due to the life-critical nature of medical equipment, we cannot accept returns on any item where the original manufacturer’s packaging or factory vacuum seal has been opened or tampered with.

  • This includes but is not limited to: AEDS, AED pads (electrodes), batteries, and rescue kits.

  • Once a sterile or factory-sealed medical component is opened, it is considered “vulnerable” and cannot be resold or guaranteed for emergency use. We enforce this policy to protect the safety of all our customers.

3. Shipping Errors or Damaged Goods

If we made an error with your order (you received an incorrect or defective item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund immediately.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return an unopened item, simply ship the item back to the address below. You must include a copy of your original order or packing slip inside the box so we can identify your account.

Please Note: * AEDLand does not pay for shipping on returns. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your unopened return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
